Railway customer experience

I fully agree with this statement. If we want railways to be an attractive alternative to other methods of transport, the passenger experience is absolutely central. If we can’t convince passengers by offering better comfort, better service, we will not win the challenge.

Or very simple: We need to offer a real advantage for the passenger compared to other alternatives, not just abstract advantages such as “it’s more eco-friendly”, which cannot be directly felt by the passenger.
